Youth Mental Health First Aid is an 8-hour course for adults who work with young people.

We have secured funding to cover the course costs for any teachers and school personnel that wish to participate in this training.

This course focuses on a 5-step action plan to assist youth with the signs and symptoms of a mental crisis or illness.

Cost: $60 per person and includes lunch and materials.  

8:00 am - 4:30 pm
